Delivery Timeframe

At Mr Ford Spares, we process and deliver your orders promptly:

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM AEDT — Australian Eastern Daylight Time

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after will be processed on the next business day.

Authority to Leave

During checkout, you can select the “Authority to Leave” option if you do not expect to be home during delivery:

  • By selecting this option, you authorize the delivery driver to leave your package at your unattended premises
  • You accept responsibility for the package once delivered
  • Mr Ford Spares is not liable for packages after they have been delivered according to your instructions

If you do not select “Authority to Leave,” you or an authorized representative must be present to accept delivery.

What is Instore Pickup?

Instore Pickup is a fast, convenient, and free way to shop online and pick up your items from our store. Enjoy a smarter shopping experience with more time for the things you love!

Instore Pickup is available at our Mr Ford Spares, located at 35 – 39 Beresford Avenue Greenacre, NSW, Australia, New South Wales 2190, Australia.

Once your item is ready for pickup, you will receive an email or SMS notification. Although we aim to prepare orders quickly, please wait for the Ready to Collect notification before coming to the store, as it will include details on the collection process.

Collecting Your Order

When collecting your order, please bring:

  • Proof of purchase (order number included in your confirmation email or SMS)
  • Valid photo ID (current driver’s license or passport)

You will need to present these items and sign for the collection. If someone else is picking up the parcel on your behalf, they must also provide photo identification and proof of purchase.

Your Instore Pickup order will be held for 60 calendar days from the receipt of your “Ready for Collection” notification. If the order is not collected within this period, the items will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once signed for, you or the person collecting the parcel is responsible for any damage or loss of the items.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look for any delivery notices
  3. Contact us within 7 days if you still can’t locate your package

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Bulky Items

For large or heavy items:

  • Additional handling may be required
  • Extended delivery timeframes may be necessary
  • We may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time
